Smartsolutions Joined Rebuild Ukraine in Warsaw

Last week, Partner Anastasiia Shostak represented Smartsolutions at Rebuild Ukraine in Warsaw — a platform where the energy of change converges and meaningful business synergy takes place. The central theme of this year’s event focused on the recovery of Ukraine’s infrastructure, industry, and energy sector.

Clear messages were voiced: Europe is ready to invest in Ukraine’s reconstruction and is seeking shared opportunities. The event was held under the patronage of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, with the support of the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Ukraine, and in partnership with the European Commission. As part of the fifth international exhibition-conference, numerous industry platforms were presented and several discussion panels were held. During these sessions, representatives of government, businesses, investors, donors, and local Ukrainian communities discussed the challenges faced daily in a country at war and presented their investment and recovery projects. Such events are crucial for Ukraine’s reconstruction, as they build an essential bridge between investors, technologies, and the needs of communities affected by the war.

For businesses, the event provided valuable networking opportunities: this year, the exhibition brought together more than 6,000 participants, 762 companies from 33 countries, and 23 national pavilions.

Quite often, developers offer investors wishing to purchase housing to enter into a preliminary agreement, during which the investor gradually pays the cost of the future apartment. After that, subject to the payment of the apartment price and the commissioning of the residential building, the main agreement, i.e. the apartment sale and purchase agreement, is concluded with the investor and, accordingly, the investor’s ownership of the apartment is registered.
