Kateryna has over seven years’ experience in the legal sector and has specialised in domain name disputes from the outset. For many years, she has been combating infringements relating to the bad-faith registration and use of domain names, and has represented clients at all stages of trademark and domain name protection proceedings.
During her time in practice, she gained an understanding of the complexities and specific features of domain name disputes and became an expert in this area of dispute resolution. In 2017, she was admitted to the bar.
