Production of high-quality Ukrainian films and series for cinemas, TV, OTT or digital platforms requires significant investments, which, in the current realities of the Ukrainian market, not every project can return. Various forms of state support are an opportunity to improve the quality of content by increasing the project’s production budget and create a successful product.
